Relevant Engineering University degree.
Not less than 6-8 years of oil & gas field operations and maintenance experience, of which minimum 7 years in a supervisory role.
Proven OR & A / CSU experience at a supervisory level in a project of the similar magnitude with the one of Phase IIB.
Proven hands on background in Completion & turnover implementation.
A comprehensive understanding of HSSE management and unwavering commitment to personnel responsibility for site safety.
Experience working in RoK or former Soviet Union countries is a plus.
Experience working in difficult locations (remote, foreign, arctic, etc).
Computer literate with skilled ability in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and excel as a minimum.
Experience of driving business and word process improvement in project execution and construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit for purpose solutions, simplification, lean methods and cost effectiveness.
Proven leadership and managerial skills and strong personal drive in order to meet deadlines and specific targets
