Chief HR Specialist

Raushan joined the Kaz Project Operating team in February 2019. She participates in a Sarens staffing project; involved in the processes of employment of personnel, maintaining personnel office work: reception, dismissal, transfer, vacation, business trips, the formation of personal files, mobilization and demobilization of staff, in matters of labor relations with employees.

Prior to joining our company, Raushan worked as a chief specialist in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Atyrau Region, as a Manager for Legal and Physical Persons of Kazkommertsbank JSC, as an inspector of the personnel department of AO Euro-Asia Air, as a specialist of the personnel department of Logic SK LLP.

Qualifications, Affiliation to Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages:

Bachelor of Finance, Atyrau State University. H. Dosmukhamedova

Trainings: Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with amendments and additions, 1C frames

Languages: Kazakh and Russian fluent, English - basic level.
