Operations Manager

Irfan joined KPOL in 2011. He is responsible for overall operations and company’s consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. Irfan handles all operational, human resources, financial and administrative matters, ensuring company’s compliance with legal regulations and various policies of the Clients. Irfan has been working in Kazakhstan for more than 9 years and has acquired broad knowledge of local business practices and procedures. Prior to joining KPOL, Irfan was working in a field of logistics and travel coordination in India. Educational Qualification & Affiliations & Language Skills: - Bachelor of Commerce, Mumbai University, India - Diploma in IATA / UFTTA, International Travel Training Center in Mumbai, India - Irfan is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Russian and Chinese (Simplified).
